We want you to love your new lighting fixtures. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Love 4 Decor.
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, email info@love4decor.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions, including the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@love4decor.com with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If you received the wrong item or are missing parts from your order, contact us at info@love4decor.com within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly, including sending replacement parts or a correct item at no extra charge.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, finish, or style, please contact us at info@love4decor.com. We will guide you through returning the original item and placing a new order.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
